Unwanted Items / Change of Mind

If you change your mind or order an item by mistake, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, provided the item is returned:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • With original packaging intact

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs
