Shipping & Delivery (United Kingdom)

Dispatch & Service

  • Carrier: We primarily use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.

  • Dispatch Time: In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Packaging & Collector's Note:

We are collectors ourselves and know that box condition matters.

We use a range of box sizes to ensure items are packed securely while maintaining shipping efficiency. Protective materials such as padding and paper are used to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Once a parcel has left our facility, we cannot control how it is handled during delivery. Royal Mail does not accept claims for superficial damage to packaging, including dents, creases, or scuffs to collectible boxes. If you have specific packaging or shipping requirements, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise accordingly.

We classify the 'product' as the action figure itself. While we pack securely, we cannot guarantee 'MINT' box condition upon arrival and do not offer partial refunds for minor cosmetic wear to the outer packaging.


Loss, Delay & Delivery Issues:

If a parcel is suspected lost or delayed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the investigation.

Our Royal Mail Tracked services use GPS and barcode scanning technology, and items cannot be marked as delivered without a physical scan at the delivery address.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check:

  • with neighbours
  • any designated safe place
  • your local delivery office

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements until the claims process has been completed. Claims for parcels marked as “delivered” can only be raised 10 working days after the recorded delivery date and may take up to an additional 31 working days to resolve.

Please note that claims may be declined by the courier if standard delivery checks (such as those listed above) have not been completed.

 

Insurance & Claims

  • Coverage: Parcels are insured up to £75.

  • Incorrect Addresses: We cannot held be responsible for loss resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • Investigation Timeframes: Refund or replacement actions will be initiated once the courier investigation is complete. This process can take up to 31 working days.

In the event of loss or damage caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, compensation will be limited to the amount covered by Royal Mail. In some cases, buyers may be required to contact Royal Mail directly to support the claims process.
